I didn't have to wait to get an appointment. The front desk women were friendly and on the ball. Their knowledge of my insurance benefits was impressive. Tracie did an amazing job with X-rays and a thorough cleaning. The Doctor did a fantastic job as well. My future appointment for a crown and other work was scheduled for just a few days later. This place is AWESOME!!! The hygienists Tracy is very knowledgeable & great at her job!!! Dr. Bessmer is a Fantastic dentist!!! Makes you feel at ease, explains everything in detail, very gentle, and great sense of humor!!! I didn't see Erin today, but she's a great hygienists and very sweet as well!!!
