They used to be great. Then merged with another company. Now they are almost useless. Terrible customer service. They don't explain things.
I had a terrible experience with poor customer service and communication. The agent told me I had to submit my insurance information to determine the exact cost, which he estimated would be between $800 and $900. He said it would take a week and that he would follow up with me, but he never did. Every time I called, he was busy. I was shocked when I received a bill from Progressive for $2,100.
