I used to really enjoy things here when it was Kato Insurance, but after changing and losing my main contact, nothing goes quickly. Recently rates went up 19% with no changes to my policy, and I got no answers for over a month as to why, or how we could work together to change that. Very frustrating and makes it feel like they do not really care for the people who are affected by their work.
Worst insurance company in Minnesota. Did not do anything for me. I had to gather all of my documents on my own and send it to them. Going on six months now and my case is still open. If you care about your employees DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
