I’ve been very happy with all but one of the doctors I’ve seen. Unfortunately, this doctor tends to speak in a way that feels dismissive and condescending, and always includes a lecture about antibiotics and how they won’t work. There is a reason he always has appointments.
My usual doctor is excellent and I should have waited for him to be available. $98 to be told that the doctor I saw didn’t know what the problem is and to get an ultrasound in another 2 weeks (on top of the pain I’ve been in for 3 weeks) if the pain doesn’t go away. I can appreciate he might not know everything but don’t charge me if you’ve done nothing, and openly admit you don’t know how to diagnose the problem. Literally Googling potential answers doesn’t give me much confidence either btw…..
I have been attending this clinic for over 12 years. Yes it gets busy, yes there can be queues on the phone but overall - the service is excellent. There is a large range of doctors - I recommend patients find the one that best suits their needs/circumstances/personality.
Clinic is open on Saturdays between 8am to 11 unless otherwise updated. Google showed only opened at 9am when searching on mobile device.
