Derrick is a terrific coach! I feel like I have a personal training session every time he coaches the class. When I am struggling with something, he takes time to help me learn the right way to complete the movement, starting with very light equipment. This is a second home for me and for many others. I genuinely love the culture and people. If you are looking for a place to start your fitness journey, Northrim CrossFit is perfect. Start at your own pace and know you will be supported. If you are trying to find a place to continue your fitness journey and challenge yourself, Northrim CrossFit is also the place for you! No notes. 10/10 would recommend. Not to mention the facility is pristine! I would eat off the floors.

Elaina is not only one of the kindest people I've met, but she knows how to light a fire inside of you that makes you want to be the best version of yourself. Elaina helped me change the workout to accommodate for my injured ankle today, and she will always give you scaling options for where you are. Simply put, I feel at home at Elainas gym, especially when she is coaching! Nothing negative to report. I just unlocked handstands today thanks to the wonderful coaches.

The community of this gym has given me some of the most cherished relationships of my life. And the work outs always kill me. Which I love. Could not recommend more!
