Scheduled an appointment for knuckle pain that has been consistent for more than two months. Venniever Del Rosario was who I saw and she single handedly pushed me to find a new doctors office. She was very dismissive, rolled her eyes and had such a bad attitude and was so rude! She said, "We'll do some blood work to see if there's really inflammation" and "Yeah. Such a horrible experience . Lack of compassion, the doctor replies to my chart msgs a month after and when i show up late he refuses to get me in although it is his last day as this location. Really bad customer service and zero care!
One of my worst days was followed up with the worst most compassionat-lacking experience of my life. As a single mother just trying to make things work, every single thing that could’ve put me behind did so today. I got to this place 10 min late for my sons appointment AND I called ahead to let them know. And they refused to see us.
