RecommendedI just started working here Sept 10 of this year, and I truly love what I am doing! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel Welcomed as a new employee! The Residents I have met are also very friendly and seem to be very happy here! The facility is large, very clean inside and out!
Lots of loving and caring staff
Horrible response time whenever my grandma would push her button. Would never ever recommend sending someone you love and care about here. Terrible communication skills. The food is awful and often comes cold or different from what she ordered. Seems like they just say whatever they can to keep someone here. I'm disgusted by the lack of care. Worst experience we've had with any care facility.
I guess I can't name who is awful at North Ridge. So I will keep this general. The communication is awful, the care is worse than any other facility I have seen, there is no caring for the client other than caring about the money and safety of the residents is not a priority. My father deemed 24 hour care was allowed to sign out and make trips to the store by himself. Think about your loved one with dementia being allowed to walk miles away with no supervision. I was a patient 3 times in the past (June 2012, January 2014, June, July, part of August 2017. The 1st 2 time I eas very satisfied with everything. The last time was very different. The response time when call button used many times it took 30 minutes to over an hour especially overnight. I was restricted to bed and had to an aid help me.
