HOA is terrible. Keep adding fees and getting nothing new. Charged for a roof I wasn’t supposed to be responsible for. Then the community lost funding because all the decks were dilapidated. Next they have ridiculous rules that someone who has nothing better to do walks around and checks for things like deck lights on the outside of the deck instead of the inside, having a kiddie pool on the deck, or storing a few flower pots under your deck.
