TERRIBLE PARKING SITUATION. Its horrendous. Its so bad people literally have to switch their cars in and out of the same spot. It’s ridiculous with how much payments have gone up that they don’t at least have a good parking situation. They have a playground that no one uses, but virtually no parking. If you want to have guests over, good luck!! Tell them to take the bus, because they definitely won’t find parking.
I’m not sure if lately this place is just going down but I’m extremely disappointed. Recently just purchased a townhouse in this complex and the dream was nothing close to the reality. The pool has been in terrible condition,as well as the children’s play area. Broken down , full of cobwebs and a broken bench on the side in addition is also next to the trash containers and active guest parking. when they finally stated the pool needed to be fixed, they asked from each of us an additional $500 in order to do it.
