Dr. G is wonderful. Very thorough, very patient. You can tell she truly cares for kids.
I was shocked after the first appt we left waiting 3.5 hours and still didn’t see the doctor. Yesterday was the second try with a 9am appt and she didn’t appear to the office until 10am with all the rooms full with young children waiting. There’s no accountability or professionalism. The receptionist said that waiting in an ER is longer. Ridiculous. Poor customer service and not a way to treat such a young and vulnerable population.
Worst customer service experience ever. It’s been almost three months to get this clinic to send a E-referral to specialist . No one takes responsibility for their actions . Spent 5 hours to see the doctor G and the doctor didn’t even send a referral. Unprofessional and senseless clinic ever
