Worst customer service experience ever. It’s been almost three months to get this clinic to send a E-referral to specialist . No one takes responsibility for their actions . Spent 5 hours to see the doctor G and the doctor didn’t even send a referral. Unprofessional and senseless clinic ever
Dr G is a nice person but the wait times are truly unacceptable. The clinic itself is poorly maintained and some of the support staff are not well trained (the male receptionist is particularly challenging). Auntie nurse is great—other than that I wish there were more ped options in Ontario
We had a wonderful experience at this pediatrician's office. The doctors and staff are always kind, patient, and professional. They take the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything clearly, and make us feel comfortable during every visit. We never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about our child's health and well-being. The office is clean, well organized, and appointments are handled efficiently. We are very grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this pediatrician's office to other families.
Very poorly managed. Minimum 1.5 hour wait, not sure why they book appointments this way. Very inconvenient for parents with babies and young children having to wait so long.
