The place is good and nice it has a washroom and the place the place also has a lot of decorations and they mostly have free time and the workers are nice

I had a great experience at North Richmond Hill Dentistry. The office is very clean, modern, and welcoming, and the entire team is professional, friendly, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I dont know how this place got 4.9 stars but I havent even visited them yet and their receptionist asked me for my insurance info, and once she found out my insurance covers everything, she immediately submitted a claim against it and the “maximum” amount one week prior to my appointment. NOTHING, i repeat, NOTHING has been done yet and she claimed everything was done yesterday through the phone. And this includes 5x X rays, 45 mins caling, exam, polishing, gel treatment.
