Dehumanising and dangerously callous dismissal of well known medical conditions, for elderly during 43% heatwave. A culture of abuse by under-qualified discriminatory dentist and her inexcusable traumatising callousness - only in "publc" sector, where bullying culture thrives. Such "dentists" should never be employed.
I was a patient of Dr Hamish Scott, an extremely kind man, for the last few years. When I called last week to make an appointment with him I was told he no longer worked there.
