Very disappointed with how our experience was. I was very nervous about sending my kids to a daycare. During bath time we saw a bite mark on my one year old daughter’s back. We were not told about our child getting bite. This was about three weeks ago and the mark is still there. It’s very concerning as a parent because the way this bite mark lasted, you know she was held and bite for a while. It bruised and scabbed. Our kiddos have been enrolled at KinderCare in North Richland since 2019. Both children have been enrolled since they were infants, and they have been in the infant, toddler, Discovery, Preschool, and Pre-K programs. While sometimes the communications in the past from upper management were frustrating, and there were some difficult closures to navigate, I have always had excellent communication with the staff in the classroom and any face to face conversations with the staff onsite. Great, safe, warm, and welcoming location. Staff is professional, caring, and kind. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to meet your childcare needs.
