This is the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor or office in my life. It was my first time going to the VA. They made me wait 2 hours to be seen. Then they gave me a Resident (baby dr in training). She had to Google my meds. Which fine, they don't know all meds. But then she googled my SYMPTOMS and proclaimed a diagnosis. This was without asking me anything about my time in the service or the injuries I got there. Then she wouldn't take my blood work that I got a month ago, but also wouldn't order any new tests. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the main hospital. I discovered this place was closer for me so I decided to go here for the first time. I was renewing meds and 2minutes into the appt the Dr ( a newbie) called in a woman short and with short hair... who was EXTREMELY passive aggressive to tell me basically stop complaining, go do volunteer work so that I can feel better. She then DEMANDED that the next time I return I need to give her a list of the places where I went to volunteer. I never returned and never will again. Terrible place

Honestly quite impressed. Super clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking in a safe area. The staff are what make a place, and everyone I interacted with from the doc through the desk folks were super friendly and helpful.
