I stayed at North Rehab because I needed physical therapy. The Administrative personnel are all pretty nice and housekeeping does a great job keeping things clean. The food is not very good. They obviously are trying to save money buy using all off brands. I lost a lot of weight during my stay. As for the nursing staff... There are some good nurses and bad nurses. This rehab center is a horrible facade. Yes it is very pretty and smells quite clean but that's where the good ends. The nursing staff is overwhelmed and indifferent at best. They ignore my father's repeated complaints about being lifted by his right arm that had been broken just a few weeks before and dismissed him as if he was out of his mind. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Would you recommend this nursing home to others? No Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
