Engaged NRG for a resi gas cooktop install. Luke, who did the quote was very clear about the work that was required, quote was just as clean cut. Chris and Glenn, who did the actual install were both great and easy going, any small variations were communicated, same with any issues. Job was done quicker than I thought and to a standard I'm happy with. Cheers all for the smooth install :)
Give this place 10 stars. The bloke that helped me knew exactly what he was doing and what to sell me. No stupid questions just straight forward answers..definitely for all your gas needs especially changing from pol to lcc27..really knew his stuff.
Takes to long to refill gas for paying customers. Otherwise they may have gotten 5 star
Good service have used them previously with no complaints but be cautious. Recently used NRG and a Mid-week service fee (near the university) was $118. Plus, the actual labour and parts to do the job. Pretty steep.
