Scary for a 61 year old female who is overweight!! Walking in I felt totally comfortable and supported not only by staff but the other clients as well. I have not done formal workouts for a while and needed some refresh on how to move or lift properly. Things are getting figured out and the workouts are fun and time flies by quickly!!
