The serpentine belt on our 2018 Legacy 3.6r started to shred after our 14 hour drive from Michigan. We found North Reading Subaru on Google Maps as the closest dealer and immediately drove there. Went to the service department where Mike took care of us. They got us in immediately and mechanic John diagnosed the improperly (set or tightened) tensioner pulley from the service we had at our Subaru dealer in Michigan. My wife and I went to North Reading Subaru to roll over a lasted 2022 Crosstrek to a 2025. Our salesperson was Jonathan Walker. I can't say enough about Jon. He was easy to deal with. Everything was efficiently competed and car ready requested. A week after receiving the car we got a call from Jon. He was calling to see if everything was good with our new car.
I always get great service. Friendly workers. They keep my 2017 Crostrek running great. Downside...no inspection station.
No pressure dealership. Will listen to your needs and give you options that are right for you.
