Okay, I used to give this place a five star rating, but it needs to go down after the experience I had. So, I had an appointment for three manicures, me and my two friends. We showed up at our appointment time, and we were told to sit and pick out a color. We did and we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally one of my friends went up and began. She told me they ended up spraying something in her nails that was not needed. My other friend went up and same thing happened. I sat in the chair next to my friend and waited for 15... read more

The last few times I've been, my appointment was not honored. The customer service used to be amazing and has rapidly declined.
