Covid denialist. Questioned my mask and tried to label it as another anxiety symptom. Respecting the people around me and minimizing the spread of an *ongoing pandemic* is not an irrational fear response. It's basic human decency. Dr. Snow has been helping me for years by helping me get the medicine I need. I am thankful to have him as my doctor.
I have a lot of respect and appreciation for Dr. Snow. He always makes the time to hear everything I have to say and treats me with respect. I do however wish the people who work at the front desk could go through some sort of training where they learn about compassion and empathy. This is a mental health care office. If you can’t handle dealing with people who are unwell, this isn’t the job for you. I would have left 5 stars if it wasn’t for the front desks lack of sensitivity. Prescribed every medicine under the sun to a child. Had me taking rispidone at 5th grade until 9th grade and I remember nothing told him how I was feeling and completely disregarded what I was saying. Also sent me to a mental hospital with out asking me what happened. Constantly late and compared patients to others not knowing each person is different. Hes only in it for the money and is a horrible person do not take your children here.
I have been seeing Dr. Snow for over 10 years. He is always there when I need him and never judges me. He explains situations clearly and it does not feel like he is rushing me through my appointment. Anything that is needed regarding my situation he will handle it quickly. I believe in him so much that I pay him out off pocket. He doesn't take my insurance, but it does not matter. I will NOT put my mental care in another psychiatrist, because he is the best for me.
