Chris agreed to assist me with a warranty repair. We troubleshot things by phone, and he got our pump up and running by bypassing a faulty circuit board, which was super helpful. Since that time, we're ~five weeks in, and he never filed a warranty claim to assist us, and he's also ghosted me completely through text and phone calls. Avoid this company if you're looking to get a warranty repair scheduled and completed.
