Needed an IBS sensor and a new battery for my BMW. I figured they’d have to order the parts and I’d pick the car up after Labor Day weekend. Instead they asked if I could wait 15 minutes so they could run and grab them. That kind of service is why I’ll keep coming back. They treated my time like it actually mattered instead of parking the car until parts showed up. Happy to pay a little more for a shop that works that way. North Raleigh Performance did it right.
