Best experience ever, I took my x3m for a service and they were very professional
I had a wonderful experience with NRP a couple of weeks ago. I just showed up and asked if they were able to do special BMW coding on my 2024 X3 to slow down the back hatch speed… which factory settings allowed it to almost hit my head each time it closed. This couldn’t be done at a dealership. NRP was recommended. To my surprise they were able to do it right then. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I will certainly be going back.
