What a Great office!!! From the moment you walk into this office, you are welcomed. The staff is a perfect example of personal customer service!! Have been going here for 10+ years and have no complaints. All the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, and the facility has a warm, non clinical feel. Appointments are easy to get even on short notice and my in office wait time is always very short. They never make you feel rushed or like you don’t matter. Would highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient for many years and love the individual attention and personal relationships with the entire office and medical staff. I highly recommend NRFM for holistic care of chronic illnesses as well as great preventive health and wellness support. I always see the nurse practitioners and Dr. Jeffries is available for consultation if needed.
I’ve been coming here for 18 years. While I sometimes wish it was easier to communicate with my main doctor, the addition of the patient portal has helped some with that. Kathleen runs the office like a well-oiled machine & is a joy to work with. She deserves a raise!!
Highly recommended North Raleigh Family Medicine! The caring, supportive, and knowledgeable team make all the difference. They are always prompt and on time with appointments, flexible to aid in accommodating hectic schedules, and provide service with a genuine positivity.
Dr Jeffries always keeps the right balance between medicating and alternative approaches. He also provides a great example of "practicing what he preaches" by his dedication to diet and exercise. I don't need to contact him often, but he's always very responsive when I do. He has a well-trained and friendly staff to assist him.

I have been seeing Dr Jeffries since 1997. He is an amazing doctor and always tries to treat holistic before prescribing medication. He talks about diet, drinking water and every aspect of my physical health.
