My Ultrasound appointment was on Thursday at 12.20pm. Text message stated to please arrive 10min prior. I arrived at the clinic in Earlville around 11.50am and handed my paperwork to the receptionist. I felt she came across as abrupt and not very welcoming. I understand clinics can be busy, but a friendlier interaction would make a big difference. I took a seat and waited. Extremly rude, smart ass technician, gave me my CD to be able to get the photos of the ultrasound without being able to open it, and when i asked and said doesn't make sense to give me the CD with non reachable data, he said you won't be able to read it, as you are not a doctor! He doesn't know how to help the patient, people go there for health issues not for shopping, so basically they should be treated with respect!
Can not say enough about how all the staff looked after me, highly recommend going here for X-rays.
