arrived early, lovely receptionist, taken in early....YAY!
Horrible reception! An absolute rude reception lady picked up the phone with the most sour greeting, immediately starting to demand why we called other than ‘good morning how are you’?. We kept calm and told the receptionist what we need to book for. She didn’t like that, demanding referral numbers, talking down to us with little patience or understanding, someone should teach her manners.
Possibly responsible for my miscarriage - I had an ultrasound at Queensland Xray during my first pregnancy. When I went to go meet with my doctor the following week, she informed me she never received the results from the ultrasound. Turns out the receptionist at the front desk (who also wasn't wearing a mask - dumb blonde) spelled my last name wrong. The ultrasound showed I had a subchorionic hematoma ; therefore, my doctor was never able to give me the proper advice to help prevent me from losing my baby. Do not go to this... read more
