Possibly the worst radiology service I've ever visited. You can't book a dental xray. You're just expected to walk in and wait for an extended period of time waiting for the only tech to do your xray. Terrible!
Free, unlike Qld xray this place bulk bills! Very happy with my scan and the professionalism of the people who work here.
I was in Townsville for a funeral and with 5 minutes until close I called them to let them know my daughter needed an emergency xray. They showed compassion and stayed open for 15 extra minutes to allow this to be done. Thank you so much
Constantly have trouble getting a hold of anyone! Phone calls, call backs or emails. No contacts. How is someone meant to get their scans?
