Came in and saw the doctor on the 24/04/26 and had the most amazing experience. The receptionist Lynne, was very professional and spoke to all the patients that she came in contact with , with such sincerity. She has such an empathetic manner and made everyone feel comfortable and cared for.
Bad experience no power at clinic, left door open so everyone walking passed could see me shirtless having procedure. Doctor removed not sure what, stitching not good questionable at best as they pulled through wound after 6 days. Tried to recontacted doctor was off ,no back up.Left with hole where doctor had removed lession.13 days later still awaiting results and call back even after contacting clinic and the reception promised he would ring back before leaving work for the day he didn't. Superb service. Considerably better than our diagnosis and surgery options offered in New Zealand. Far more cost effective even though we are not under any Australian health plan or subsidy. Highly recommended.
