Great place to go for surgery. The receptionist is friendly and very polite, helpful & kind. When I went to the back the nurses were fantastic. The anesthesiologist is great , explained everything to me and asked if I had questions. Of course my doctor was great explained everything to me. Asked if I had questions which I did. Dr. Rodriguez answered all of them . I give them 10 out of 10. The next day after surgery I received a call asking how I felt . You very rarely get that . Thank you all so much. I give this facility and their staff 100 stars! I have to say that the attention and care that they all gave me not just the doctor who performed my surgery but the ENTIRE staff was beyond words. In 2018 I had bunion removal surgery at a different location and with a different doctor. Needless to say that the doctor botched my feet the hardware he placed in my feet had to be removed because they were coming out literally out of my foot like you can see it poking out. Avoid this place!! I recently had surgery and was instructed to arrive at the surgery center by 5:30 AM. When I got there, the doors were locked. After waiting a few minutes, a middle-aged Indian woman slowly came to open them. While that was odd, it was the least of my concerns. The front desk staff member—this same woman—had a noticeably poor attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic interpersonal skills. I’m here right now, waiting in the lounge while my mother is in surgery. I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews, but the staff and nurses have all been kind and professional. I don’t think it’s just my luck—overall, the atmosphere is much better than I expected.
After reading all the negative reviews on here I was a bit nervous about having my daughters surgery performed here. I'm glad I went with my better judgement and gave it a chance. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful. The nurses that attended to her were very kind and very gentle with my daughter. For those who see all the negative reviews, give this place a chance. Thank you to Dr. Wakefield for your time and thank you to all of the nurses who tended to my daughter before and after surgery.
