I had a very disappointing experience with North Queens Surgical Center while trying to schedule and discuss my appointment. I was experiencing significant pain and had several questions about my care. When I tried to explain my concerns, the staff member repeatedly interrupted me, spoke in a raised voice, and told me not to interrupt her, even when I was simply trying to ask questions. The receptionist sitting at Desk #2 appeared to be in a bad mood. I don’t understand how someone in customer service can treat people that way. She spoke rudely to a child simply because he turned off the light. The clinical staff was excellent, but the customer service provided by that front desk representative was very poor. A more respectful and friendly attitude toward patients and their families would make a big difference.

I took my Daughter to North Queens Surgical Center for her eye surgery. The doctors were very professional, kind, and caring. We truly appreciate their treatment and support during the procedure. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of one receptionist named Rima. Her attitude was not welcoming and felt unprofessional, which did not leave a good impression on us. Overall, the medical team was excellent, but I hope the front desk staff can improve their communication and customer service.

Would not recommend I came in for procedure on my right shoulder. They told me that my procedure was going to be a 9 o'clock when they called me to schedule. They gave me a ticket and told me to sit down and wait for my ticket number to be called and that's how the order of the will go buy a ticket which is absolutely unacceptable I didn't have my procedure until after 1 o'clock after they told me the previous day to fast for eight hours so imagine sitting and waiting for your surgery to be done and you've been fasting for e... read more

I had an excellent experience, all staff were great! Especially my nurse inside the operating room she showed me empathy and made me feel very safe. She said sister I got u.. I pray that her basket never goes empty. I salute you thank you again for making me feel safe…
