The receptionist there is super rude and never answered the phone when we called for weeks, She then said the only way to have contact was to leave a message, It is still vary hard to get a call back, I will definitely seek a new imaging center!!
Awful. I got a referral to this office about 3 months ago. I have called them about 12 times and left multiple voicemails at this point and have not gotten a single response back. Would not recommend, if you can get a referral to a different place, I would suggest that
Took my elderly father in for MRI and the technician didn’t explain the process to him, and he told my father he messed up the test and was rude and impatient with him!
Just had an MRI with North Puget Sound MRI and it was extremely simple and the tech did a wonderful job with the images. Had a great experience.
