Really nice staff. My first time getting an mri. Made me feel comfortable. Still nervous going into it but they made it not so bad
They never answered the phone. They called me about an MRI referral, but never bothered to call me back when it was submitted to them. I called the several times to see if they could schedule it and there is never anyone answering the phone. Useless company!
The receptionist there is super rude and never answered the phone when we called for weeks, She then said the only way to have contact was to leave a message, It is still vary hard to get a call back, I will definitely seek a new imaging center!!
Awful. I got a referral to this office about 3 months ago. I have called them about 12 times and left multiple voicemails at this point and have not gotten a single response back. Would not recommend, if you can get a referral to a different place, I would suggest that
