Bedside matters are the best. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and gives you time to ask questions and actually make sure you understand the process. I would recommend 1000%

My son just got his braces on Wednesday, and Evelyn helped to prep him and also go through all the ins/outs of caring for his braces. He said she was very kind to him and very helpful. He really enjoyed working with her. Dr Chen & the rest of the office staff is great. My son was given a full kit to help with caring for his braces (it includes everything you need!!), along with a new water pick. He was also given a $10 Starbucks gift card. :) It really was so nice and impressive.

I came to see Dr. Chen for a consultation and she was patient, candid, and thorough with my concerns and questions. She proactively tried to understand how I liked my smile while being very honest with what she would do and recommend. She took her time and did not rush me even though I was probably the last patient. I would come back again if needed.

Doing invisalign for myself and kids. Everyone in the office is great. Always seen on time, the front desk and support team are very attentive, and dr Chen is very knowledgeable and skilled.
