Great customer service. Alex understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect bike for my needs! I needed a bike for cruising in the city (grocery shopping, rides with my pup next to me, mostly on paved roads), and I found just the one. I’m very happy with my purchase :)
The people here are super friendly and welcoming. I mentioned that I was new to ebikes and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Picked up a bike lock and a phone mount. I'll definitely be back for future needs.
Great prices and - unlike many bike shops - they assume you DO know what you're talking about, rather than the opposite. Literally half the labor cost and with better work than my closest bike shop, I'll always travel here from St Johns instead.
