Discovered North Pole Coffee on a work trip to Fairbanks/North Pole almost two years ago. This is the Holy Grail of dark roast (Black Gold) and I have finally stopped my lifelong search for the best coffee. We tasted the North Pole Black Gold Coffee when we went to Ancourage. Very delicious. When came back home, we had to research to order. Thank you
I went to the Fairbanks airport location and ordered a bagel sandwich and a small coffee. While I waited for the sandwich, I was given the coffee. I took one sip of the warm beverage and asked for a fresher ( hotter) replacement. I was told the only hot option was a hazelnut flavored coffee. Between a cup of coffee that was not hot and a flavored coffee that I do not like, I chose the latter. If you are not willing to make fresh coffee in the evening, you should not stay open late.
