We called north pole on Friday and by Tuesday they had blue prints permits and a new 3.5 ton ac installed in my mothers house and we are quite pleased with the service. They were professional and very polite. I highly reccomend them if you need air conditioning.

No customer service They don’t answer no call and return call Specially when you have a complaint or issue Does nobody available to talk and resolve any problems This is the worst company
