I called just to get information and management kept hanging up in my face
I lived there for 2 years and moved out with bare any wear or tear on my townhome beside the fact that my house flooded every month the 2 years I lived there. I got a $64 refund of my $600 deposit. The chargers all for painting wall and trimming because they couldn’t charge me for anything else because again beside the flooding that was the fault of the apartments. Plus I was charged $125 for a cleaning fee when they didn’t have to clean absolutely anything!!!!
Great working with both managers. I was having a rough week but for sure made it better with simple conversation & able to handle business in under a week.
