For the most part I am very happy to have Marian nurse practitioner as my provider; i prefer having the same practitioner as my provider and to see them consistently, i like to have a good rapport with them. Now the bad side- it’s very very difficult to get in contact with office staff at north point psychiatry; I’ve tried calling leaving multiple messages and emails but nothing they do not respond in appropriate time. Well ... I'm very very very frustrated. My first appointment was with Ms Childers and she's great. It was a little uncomfortable because it almost felt like she was internally judging me but I chaulked it up to being a me thing. Ha obviously I'm there for me problems BUT I had an emergency a few days ago and I needed to contact my Dr for some pretty intense stuff. Was in the middle of a panic attack when I called. Great service when I can get there, but nobody answers the phones or returns voicemails. Been trying to reschedule an appointment since January and nobody has returned my calls.

Seemingly incompetent staff, and a shady layout with thin walls. I had my appointment 3 weeks ago, and still haven't received my medication. I was told over the phone that my prescription was ready for pick-up at CVS, only to find it nowhere in the system when I spoke to the pharmacist. I've tried to sort this issue out, but I was left hanging when they said they'd call me back. This was one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating medical appointments I’ve ever had. The issues started before I even arrived. Although my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM, I received a call around 10:00 AM that morning because the office was already attempting to charge my card and was having issues processing payment, hours before my appointment had even taken place.
