If I could leave less than one star I would…. The worst service from the receptionist. She is always extremely rude and is always eating and on her phone. The least professional person ive ever had to experience in a doctors office.
Upon moving to Denton in 2022, I found it increasingly difficult to continue the care I was used to due to having to find new providers. This past June I finally found a practitioner that was willing to continue my treatment without a lot of fuss (and needless exams/expenses), only for his practice to cease that treatment for adult patients this September. I was a patient of Marian Fabian's for a little over a year, and the services I received from her and North Pointe Psychiatry in general are the reason I have always been hesitant of seeing a psychiatrist. Often times, I felt dismissed during my appointments and was not given the advice I would expect from a psychiatrist. I am giving North Pointe Psychiatry two stars because their staff at the front were always friendly. A friendly, hopeful staff. And the doctor was very good. First time I ever did something like this and I can't wait to go back. They were very helpful
