Really rude night shift staff member!!! Don’t expect professional care when she’s there. I was on the phone with my friend when the qmap came to pass meds around 7:30pm, she banged on the door before just walking in instead of waiting for an answer. And I overheard her say why are you on the phone during med pass? Then kept calling her babe and told her to hurry up and take the meds she’s behind schedule. I went in on night shift to visit a family member and when I walked in the staff member was sitting at the table around the corner from the front door sleeping. I had to wake her up to ask her for Tylenol for my loved one. She gave me attitude for waking her up. Then when I asked for her name she rolled her eyes and said “renae not that it matters to you” extremely rude and when she gave the Tylenol she kept calling him babe as she left she let out a huge sigh like she was annoyed. My father has been at North Pointe for many years. It is a pleasant environment with friendly and helpful staff. The administrative staff have been extremely kind and helpful to me with anything I have needed their help with to assist my father with his needs. Great job North Pointe!!
