During the two years I lived here, the property went through three or four different management companies, which made communication and consistency difficult. The quality of the units was disappointing. The walls appeared to be coated with little more than primer or heavily watered-down paint, making them extremely easy to damage. Great community to live in. Clean and well maintained. The office manager Robert has been great, communicates well with us and clearly cares about the tenants.This will be our 3rd year living ant North Pointe and I would recommend anyone to live here.
