Maintenance is ok, house is nice, but the utility billing is a joke. They use a 3rd party company and we have lived here over a year and the utility billing has been crap the whole time. Bill goes way up or way down, some months trash water sewage but no power. Now they informed us the utility company has changed, now no bill for several months. They will probably slap us with several months at one time and that will not fly with me. Other than the utilities living here has been pleasant.
"NEVER RECIEVED DEPOSIT BACK" I applied to rent and was turned down based on using self employed business income which was not allowed. Only what I paid myself personally was used. THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE WAITED OVER 8-9 WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT BACK. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND TOLD "IN THE MAIL" AND HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE MANAGER PERIOD.. ONLY ONE LEASING AGENT AND STILL NOTHING... BE CAREFUL EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE ! PLUS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !
UPDATE ON REVIEW: RENTERS BEWARE !!! Looks can be deceiving! It has been a year since we first moved in and we were counting down the days to leave. The construction was fast and lazy. The house developed so many problems like cracking paint and walls and ceilings and a big one for us was electrical problems. Multiple times our power has gone out or the thermostat would just stop working. Also the walls are HORRIBLE! You barely graze them and marks are all over them, they just feel unfinished!
