Dean Wilson is a hateful, low down common sob.
We had a very nice 2 hour visit there. The staff was wonderful. The facility was very clean and had nice decorations & furniture. A couple of the residents that we know personally said they loved being there and they took wonderful care of them.
If you truly care about your loved ones.. AVOID this place!!! There are a FEW good and caring workers there but majority don’t care. They’re standing around on their phones. I would visit my grandmother and her room would smell like urine. Bed sheets dirty. Urine soaked clothes laying around her room on several occasions. And when they did wash her bedding, they would misplace/lose comforters, likely using them in other rooms. We even found a huge box filled with urine soaked pads hidden in one of her closets!! Dont recommend this facility for anyones loved ones. Not even a pet that i hate id put here. The administrator is disrespectful to residents and staff. Doesnt care for the residents proper care, just a body in the building for her census to stay up. Staff, she cusses and screams at and mistreats.. never had i wanted to leave a facility as bad as this one. Corporate covers her back bc she works out of state!
