This is my 2nd dealing with Northpoint. I will say Mark is great in the communication dept. Always kept me posted during the process. The shop staff was informative, no such thing as a dumb question. The workmanship & welding on my 2002 Dodge Dakota rails was nothing short of meticulous . And the truck drives better now than when it was new. Highly recommended 🏆🏆🏆
In the beginning everything seemed okay I had 18,000 worth of rust fixed on my car supposably it's a few months later and they said I have no leaks in the car cuz obviously you don't want the same problem and there's I go in the car and there's an inch of water in the passenger side in the back they were supposed to check for leaks I'm writing this now cuz I'm going to get in touch with them and see what they're going to do about this because I just had the whole floor put in in the 1985 Volvo I hope they help because I went... read more
