Dr. Callahan is so incredible! When my mom got her cancer diagnoses he visited us in the hospital and explained everything so generously. Best of all, he prayed over her and for my family. THAT is a provider! He’s the best.
Aweful experience. This is second time here and the staff over booked this time slot. There were 19 ppl in waiting room. It appears like they take lunch break everyday 11:30-1 pm. Very rude receptionist.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. V for a couple of years & he is awesome! But today I had one of the worst experiences over the phone with some of the office staff. Susan was so rude & disrespectful to me! When the back office manager Carla called me back, she was short with me as well. She also mentioned a third party during our conversation, which is very unprofessional! I’ve never had an issue with this office before, but I’m reconsidering whether I want to stay with them or not
This place is completely unprofessional. I had two appointments in the same building, one at 8:30 AM and another at 11:30 AM. I arrived on time, but because the buildings are poorly labeled and the signage is confusing, I accidentally went to the wrong location—twice. Between that and trying to find parking, I ended up being about 5 minutes late. But after someone picked up it end up being 20 minutes.
