Countless neighborhood issues music all hours, loud neighbors. Property management will pick on you and write you up for no reason. But others get away with the same or even worse. They also like to pick on those with health issues, and senior citizens. The community rules and regulations change at a moments notice. Majority of the houses are NOT up to code upon moving in.
