After calling our regular ac company and got no answer, called North Point to see if they were open on Christmas Eve. Tech was sent out and had our ac working by the afternoon. Excellent service! Will definitely be using again.
Rob came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. While the price was higher than expected, the device and communication was top notch.
