North Point has been good to us. I will say, their technician Jose M., is absolutely phenomenal. He is kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Keep him. Promote him, and make every technician treat their customers like he does. Jose is the reason I will stick with North Point.
These guys always go above and beyond. From the time I make my phone call to schedule, to the point where I close the door they are open, honest and respectful. We as a family have used them for over ten years if not more. I have used them at two of my homes. Top notch. You won't be disappointed with their services! We appreciate you North Point!
Theses guys are the best! They made it out to our house relatively quickly and fix the issue fast. They were very professional I got our house cooled down and back to normal.
