We rented 2 pontoons and they looked absolutely nothing like the photos. The upholstery was torn beyond recovery and loosely “repaired” with duct tape. There was 6” of standing water under each of the seats. The carpeting was covered in moss/algae/mold. The boat took minutes to start each time. Kind and flexible people working there behind the desk so giving 2 stars, but they cannot earnestly keep allowing people to rent boats in this condition. It’s unsafe.
Great client service - prompt responses, explanation of services, kind staff! Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!
Our pontoon boat stalled out 6 times, was not maintained, and when we called for assistance it took 15 minutes to hear back. Not only was this a bad experience, but the lack of safety protocols is astounding. Completely unacceptable for any outdoors company.
Great people work their and helpful too.
