North Platte Physical Therapy - East has been nothing but professional as they are treating my son for a knee injury as well as working with me for a shoulder injury. Upon start up for each of us, a head therapist took time to meet with us, listen to our concerns, explain the plan, cost and answer any questions we had. be sure to ask for a detailed bill summary, they will not tell you how much anything with cost you. they did not check to see if my Cigna covered there services. i received a bill from them for over 370 dollars for less than one hour and was 95% helped by an aid. this is what they wanted to repeat twice a week i would have had to pay 370 dollars each time which is way to much money for very little service. if i could mark no stars i would do that
Was treated for a work related injury for two months. Staff was always friendly. Physical therapists always on top of staff making sure things were being done properly.
