I went to physical therapy at North Platte for awhile. I was always on time for my appointment. The whole time I only missed 2 appointments. I had surgery the first time and was sick the second. I called both times and rescheduled. Today the secretary called me to let me know the physical therapist dismissed me from therapy since I had rescheduled and did not come for my therapy.

A VERY GOOD STAFF. THEY EXPLAIN THEIR TREATMENT PLAN, AFTER REVIEW OF YOUR MEDICAL ISSUES. VERY KIND, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Not great with their billing procedures. This company got pre-authorization for my treatment from my insurance company. I knew how many appointments I would be able to have before my benefits ran out. I knew what my payments were every week. I paid weekly. Then when I had to quit therapy at their facility because of other medical issues, I asked for my final bill and paid it.
