Not great with their billing procedures. This company got pre-authorization for my treatment from my insurance company. I knew how many appointments I would be able to have before my benefits ran out. I knew what my payments were every week. I paid weekly. Then when I had to quit therapy at their facility because of other medical issues, I asked for my final bill and paid it. Very attentive and caring staff, always ready to answer my questions and help me improve.
Was going to therapy. Loved the welcoming atmosphere and just had to come work for the company and their staff.
