I started going to North Platte when I experience extreme pain in my neck. Doctor Kara Carter worked with me and helped relieve the pain and stiffness. She also gave me good exercises to try on my own and thank God the pain went away, yeah! In April 2022 I had a total knee replacement and checked out a couple of physical therapy places in Cheyenne, but decided since I received such great care at North Platte I would return. I worked there and was good the first month then was treated poorly Nate the boss talked about professionalism in one of our monthly meetings and one day he yelled and cussed at me as well as another employee in the front the office while patients were right there also two weeks ago I asked Jamie the office Manager for time off to attend my triplets pre k graduation and was told yes thats fine then yesterday was the graduation I had to have Nate and Jamie sign a time off sheet which they both signed allowing time off !
