As others have stated in their reviews, staff will lie to you and they will lie to your loved one's doctors as well. Medicine from the local pharmacy that was delivered was "lost," claiming they didn't receive it. They did. I am very pleased with NPCC they have amazing staff very warm and welcoming when you come in! It’s so nice seeing their DON, Administrator, all the other department heads hands on and willing to help where is needed! Building is well taken care of with housekeeping, and the residents are very well taken care of always look presentable and safe! I highly recommend your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, Aunts, and uncles any one of your family members to come to the care center!
Nurses and aids are liars and manipulative overnight shifts sleeps during shift at nurse station.
