I have lived at this appartment for over a year and as soon as I moved in it was infested with yellow jackets and I made a statement regarding the infestation and they made me feel as if it was no big deal so i handled it myself. The apartment we rented wasn’t terrible, it was actually kind of a cozy little place and was good to us for as long as we were there. Only down side to the apartment was that it doesn’t have central air conditioning which also wasn’t terrible as they provide one window air conditioner for you to use, other than it wasn’t bad! However trying to get ahold of anyone for service requests or trying to end your lease is a nightmare.
