They refused to treat me because several years ago I went there for an injection and did not feel it was necessary to give them a urine specimen. They did the injection but will not help me now. Also my late husband went there and they asked ME for a urine specimen even though I wasn't the patient. They treat all patients like drug addicts from the moment you walk in the door. Very unprofessional.
