I received excellent care for a back procedure with anesthesia. Every person was professional and compassionate. They gave understandable instructions, answered my questions, & responded to my needs. I especially appreciate Dr. Gopalani & her pain management. Grateful!
This place and staff I myself would not say a health care place of business. Very unprofessional and hateful staff. I just suggest you look at ALL the reviews and find a place that's willing to help with your health issues!
I wonder if it is a habit of this place to 1. Call potential clients and only tell them their surgery time and ZERO other information. Just THIS IS THE TIME OF YOUR SURGERY. If I had not asked follow up questions I would have been in the dark. This leads to point 2. One of my follow up questions had to do with the fact that they are out-of-network and I was curious if they had solved this or if I would still have to pay out of pocket over $6k they stated that my cost would be $0.
