My husband recently had a procedure done here. Check in was great, nurses were great. Then, there is no communication as to the procedure/post op in recovery. They said - there is a screen - it will tell you where he is and how long. Well - the "screen" was not working! Next they call to drive around he is ready to go. They told him - as he is in recover AFTER anesthesia (and other medical problems) them explain to him the aftercare and timelines. I have been here several time before and I continue to come because everyone at this place is so kind and supportive and friendly!!!! Like where do you find all of this in one place? Here at this place!!! I mean I love everything this place!!!! They will never fail to call you the next day to check on you and ask if everything was okay. I give them all a 20/10
